Ladies, Discover the Cosmetic Production Cleanroom

In today’s society, cosmetics are an essential part of every woman’s life. We all love to look beautiful, but have you ever wondered how these beauty products are made? What kind of environment are they produced in? It might seem like a mystery, but let me take you on a tour of the internal structure of a cosmetic production cleanroom.

Cosmetic Cleanroom Materials and Structure:

  • Walls and Ceilings: The walls and ceilings of the cosmetic cleanroom are made of color steel sandwich composite panels, commonly known as color steel sandwich panels. These panels are produced by bonding sandwich materials with color steel layers using high-strength adhesive, followed by heating, pressing, and curing. The performance and process vary depending on the sandwich material used.
    • Types of color steel panels include: Polystyrene panels, gypsum board panels, rock wool panels, glass magnesium panels, glass magnesium rock wool panels, aluminum honeycomb panels, and paper honeycomb panels.
    • Thicknesses range from 0.326mm to 0.576mm, chosen based on the production workshop’s specific needs and actual construction requirements.
  • Structural Materials:
    1. Walls and Ceiling Panels: Typically made from 50mm thick sandwich color steel panels, which are aesthetically pleasing, rigid, offer good insulation, and are easy to install. Curved wall corners, doors, and window frames are usually made from specialized oxidized aluminum profiles.
    2. Flooring: Can be epoxy self-leveling floors or high-grade wear-resistant plastic flooring. For areas requiring anti-static properties, anti-static flooring options are available.
    3. Air Ducts: Made from hot-dip galvanized sheets with PF foam plastic panels that provide excellent fire-resistant insulation.
    4. High-Efficiency Air Outlets: Constructed with stainless steel frames, which are attractive and easy to clean. The perforated panels are made of painted aluminum, preventing rust and dust accumulation.

Cosmetic Cleanroom Requirements:

  1. Cleanliness Level and Air Exchange Rates:
    • 100,000 class: 10-15 air changes per hour
    • 10,000 class: 15-25 air changes per hour
    • 1,000 class: 50-52 air changes per hour
    • 100 class operation area: 0.25-0.35 m/s air velocity
  2. Pressure Difference: The main workshop should have a pressure difference of ≥5Pa compared to adjacent rooms.
  3. Temperature:
    • Winter: >16℃ ± 2℃
    • Summer: <26℃ ± 2℃
  4. Humidity: 45-65% RH; Noise level: ≤65dB(A); Fresh air supply: 20-30% of total air supply volume.
